Most of the commercial junk removal we do on the North Shore comes down to the same thing, somebody has a space that needs to be empty by a certain day and no time to deal with it. It might be an office in Salem that is moving out or a landlord in Lynn with a unit that has to be ready for the next tenant, either way we come to you and do all the lifting, and we sweep up before we head out.
I know that with a business the timing usually matters most, so we're happy to work around your hours, whether that means coming in before you open or fitting ourselves in around a crew on a jobsite so nobody has to stop what they're doing. How a Commercial Job Usually Goes

For something simple like a single desk or a couple of chairs we can usually give you a price over the phone, but for most commercial jobs one of us will come by, look at what you have, and give you the number on the spot. The quote is free, we don't ask for a card and there's no obligation, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
On the day we show up in the window that works for you, whether that's early in the morning before anyone is in or after you've closed for the night. We do all the lifting and loading and work around your staff or your crew as best we can, and once everything is on the truck we sweep the area before we leave. If you'd rather not have us inside at all, you can leave the items outside and we'll grab them curbside.
Whatever we take goes to the dump last, we try to donate anything that can still be used first and recycle what we can after that, and only what's left over gets dumped. Electronics and mattresses have their own disposal rules in Massachusetts, so we make sure that those end up in the right place.
What Commercial Junk Removal Costs
Our pricing is based on volume, so the base price is how much space your stuff takes up in the truck, measured in cubic yards, with a $120 minimum. Weight and access can change the final number, a load of tile carried down three flights is a different job than a few desks sitting next to the loading dock, and the minimum can be a bit higher for jobs that are far from Salem. You don't pay anything until the job is done, and we take cash, card, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
For large cleanouts we sometimes ask for a deposit, but only after you've accepted the quote, so nobody is asked for money before they've agreed to a price. The Junk Heroes is my brother Filipe and me, Henrique, along with Rey and Luis. We're based in Salem and cover the whole North Shore, Swampscott, Marblehead, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, Lynn and everything out to Manchester-by-the-Sea.

Commercial questions
Can you come outside of business hours?
Yes, we're open 24/7 and a lot of commercial jobs happen early in the morning or on the weekend so the business doesn't have to close. Tell us the window that works for you and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Not always, if you can leave the items outside or by a loading area we can do a curbside pickup without anyone there, and for a bigger cleanout we just need someone to let us in and walk us through what stays and what goes, after that you can get back to your day.
What is the difference between a commercial pickup and a full cleanout?
A commercial pickup is for a set list of items, a few desks or some old fixtures in the back, and we can usually quote those quickly. A full office or commercial space cleanout is when the whole suite has to be empty, which takes more planning, so one of us comes by to look first and give you a price.
I manage rental units, is there anything for landlords?
Yes, we have a Property Cleanouts program for realtors, landlords and property managers, with priority scheduling, a broom-swept finish and photo documentation when the unit is done, so you can show the owner or the next tenant what they're getting. How fast can you get here?
